Karen Ramsey is a certified human resources professional with over 20 years of  HR experience.  Committed to providing outstanding service, she has a proven track record of improving productivity and profitability for clients.  

 

Specifically,  her skills include the ability to identify and solve business problems collaboratively, develop and implement measurements that clarify expectations, coach and mentor individuals for improved performance, as well as facilitate team building and strategic planning.

 

As vice president at a fortune 500 company, Karen successfully developed and launched performance management systems, orchestrated cultural change, and led numerous acquisitions.  In addition, she has served as a leadership coach and mentor, provided career guidance, and has led process improvement initiatives that resulted in millions of dollars in savings. 

 

Karen works primarily with healthcare practitioners and nonprofit organizations to improve their effectiveness.  Compliance Partners is a sustaining member of the Arizona Association of Chiropractic and Karen serves on the board of directors of the Greater Arizona Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

 

A published author and national speaker, Karen is a graduate of The College of William and Mary with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.  She also has a Masters degree in Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University.  In addition to her designation as Senior Professional in Human Resources, she holds certification in Birkman and Process Improvement.
